Thank you for your support of my small artisan business. I strive to provide high-quality products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that due to the nature of handmade items and the care involved in their creation I do not accept returns or exchanges.
This no return policy includes gift certificates and deposits for jewelry making workshops and courses.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
